What if I can't find something that I need?

If you can't find a product in our online shop, please check our comprehensive Part Number Lists for the product type you are interested in.

If you're not quite sure what you need, or can't find what you are looking for, please contact us to assist with your requirements.



Can I pay online?

Unfortunately online payment is currently unavailable. We will contact you directly to confirm your order and payment method.


What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs will be quoted with confirmation of your order.


Can I return an item?

If you have any issues with our products please contact us to see how we can help.

How do I return an analytical science product?

You will need to complete a Decontamination declaration for returned goods form for each analytical product being returned.

The completely filled out decontamination declaration is the prerequisite for the acceptance and further processing of returned goods.

If the return is not accompanied by a corresponding declaration, we reserve the right not to proceed with the service.

Please fill out one declaration form per returned product.
